A Healthy Cafe Enjoying the Blessings of Fermentation and Noto Flavors
Opened in March 2025 in Shimokitazawa, this cafe is themed around fermentation and health. It features grilled fish with a secret ingredient of Noto's traditional fish sauce 'Ishiru', along with colorful salads and desserts that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients using koji and amazake. The cafe also offers a variety of homemade fermented drinks, allowing guests to experience a sense of wellness from the inside out. With a warm atmosphere of natural wood, it’s a place where you can relax whether alone or with your beloved dog.
