You can order smoothly with a ticket at the entrance, and the restaurant is lively with local customers. The broth of the shrimp soba has a good balance, with a faint aroma of bonito and a gentle taste. It is generously filled with ingredients like Chinese cabbage and bamboo shoots, and there are plenty of shrimp, which is delightful. The gyoza is packed with filling and has a mild garlic flavor, while the shumai is large and pleasantly hot, fresh from the steamer. The bean sprout soba features a gentle soy sauce broth and curly noodles, with the vegetable filling nicely coating the noodles. The staff's attentiveness makes for a comfortable experience, and you can also feel the atmosphere that has been cherished in this area for a long time.
