The interior has a counter and tatami seating, making it cozy and calming. In the aquarium, live shrimp, rock oysters, abalone, and sweetfish swim energetically, which is exciting just to watch. The sashimi selection includes sea urchin, pike eel, red sea bream, squid, tuna, and kelp with eggs, all prepared with meticulous attention to detail that conveys a sense of the seasons. The selection of sake that pairs well with Japanese cuisine is wonderful, with a pleasant aroma and a smooth spread of flavor. When I expressed my preferences, they creatively adjusted the dishes, and everything, including the assorted appetizers and grilled items, was satisfying. The grilled Nagoya Cochin chicken had a fragrant skin and a good spice level, and I was able to enjoy taking photos without hesitation.
