I can't say "popular bar"! ｜Happy to eat good food! I went to Yonago the other day... It was very cold because of the arrival of a big cold wave! We decided to have dinner near our hotel at a restaurant we were curious about when we were on our way to the hotel! The outside of the restaurant looked stylish and different from other restaurants! Still, it says "popular" on the menu, which is kind of funny! Fukutaba Tottori Yonago It's too cold for us now, but we have a terrace! The inside of the restaurant is also stylish without being mass-produced! Counter seats and table seats on the left This kind of izakaya is easy to enter, even for women. The menu is like this. There are many lemon sours as drinks! Here is the food menu First, for a toast, I'll have a honey lemon sour, 450 yen. It came in a glass specially designed for Futaba! Just the right amount of honey and a hint of sweetness! The perfect match with the acidity of the lemon! My friend had the Futaba Lemon Sour for 480 yen! It was topped with lemon sorbet, which she was drinking while letting it dissolve. It looked delicious! Beef Sueji Daikon (radish) as the soup stock! The beef tendon was cooked in a nice soup stock! The cold weather outside made us feel warm and cozy! Futaba Potato Salad - 380 yen On top of the potato salad is daikon radish flavored with curry! This adds a great punch and an interesting accent! This is one way to eat it! It was a new discovery and delicious! Baked xiaolongbao (baked dumplings) 480 yen I wondered if it would not have the chewy texture of steamed ones, since it is baked. I wondered if it would have the chewiness of steamed ones. But there it was! After you take a bite, you'll feel the soup coming out of it! So delicious even if it's baked! Meat Tofu 580 yen The tofu is soaked in the broth until it turns dark brown! The meat is soaked too! It may look rich, but it's not! It warms you up! Sea Egg Tofu 780 yen Here it is! A photogenic dish! Eggs, tofu, salmon roe, and tobiko (flying fish) make this an egg festival! Add to that the sea urchin and you have a very rich dish! This dish is limited to 5 servings, so I recommend you to order it first! Five kinds of assorted pork skewers: 850 yen Toro, rib, tongue, kashira, fillet A very thoughtful member of the staff took off all of the skewers and removed the meat from the skewers for us! Thank you very much! The pork fat is rich and umami is thick! Dark! The savory sauce is a plus, so I'm going for it! King of Cream Cheese 580 yen Crackers with cream cheese dip! It's mild and delicious! The crispy rain crafts look cute! Four kinds of beef sashimi: 980 yen! Here it comes! Beef sashimi! Hire, Sankaku, Uchimomo, and Sagari, all in one slice! There's no need to fight over them, right? They are all thick and have a nice texture. Different parts of the meat make a big difference! It's a good point that you can enjoy those differences as well! Anchovy cabbage - 480 yen The anchovies and garlic pack a punch! The sweetness of the cabbage and this punch is irresistible! The flavor is so robust that it makes you want to drink more! Shrimp bread 580 yen The bread is made of shrimp paste, so you can sometimes taste the crunchy texture of the shrimp! Add some sweet chili and you'll feel like you're eating Asian food at once! Egg sandwich 580 yen A new proposal for the end of the meal! You can finish your meal with an egg sandwich!
