It's a shop located on the upper floor of the city hall, and you can see Kumamoto Castle prominently from the window, which is exciting. The interior is clean, spacious, and allows for a relaxing time. For lunch, you can enjoy soup and main dishes of fish and meat, all with a refined taste. There are various local dishes, and items like horse sashimi and spicy lotus root leave a lasting impression. The steak made from Kumamoto Prefecture's black-haired wagyu is tender, and the sauce pairs well. After the meal, I was able to take a break with coffee or tea, fully enjoying both the scenery and the food.
