This is a reasonable course recommended for customers who are new to Kushiro! This course includes 7 creative dishes using our selected Wagyu beef and tongue! From salads to teppan dishes, we lavishly use tongue, and the richly flavored wagyu beef is served with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from vinegared sauce) or nigiri (hand-rolled sushi), allowing you to fully enjoy it!

This is our most recommended course for customers who want to enjoy Kushiro's signature dishes along with alcohol! We not only arrange beef tongue into carpaccio and salad, but also serve a rare part of beef tongue, the inside of the tongue, which is seared and grilled to a succulent taste! The delicious wagyu beef can be served with seasonal vegetables, or as nigiri (hand-rolled sushi)! In addition, 2 hours of all-you-can-drink is included!
