This is our most recommended course for customers who want to enjoy Kushiro's signature dishes along with alcohol! We not only arrange beef tongue into carpaccio and salad, but also serve a rare part of beef tongue, the inside of the tongue, which is seared and grilled to a succulent taste! The delicious wagyu beef can be served with seasonal vegetables, or as nigiri (hand-rolled sushi)! In addition, 2 hours of all-you-can-drink is included!

Once you try the juicy seared beef tongue using the inside of the tongue, which is called the rarest part of beef tongue, you will be addicted to it! You can choose either sukiyaki or shabu-shabu as your main course, and it is a supreme dish that you can only enjoy at our restaurant, which is a signature of Wagyu beef meat!
