Okinawa craft cloudy sake KOZA, born for Okinawa meat dishes, is a sweet and sour craft cloudy sake. In the Okinawan dialect, 'Shishi' means meat, and 'Kamu' means to eat. As the name suggests, it was designed and created to pair well with meat dishes. It is said that lactic acid flavors match perfectly with meat dishes. Therefore, we focused on lactic acid and created a sweet and sour light cloudy sake. It allows the umami and sweetness of meat and sake to coexist, fading out with lactic acid, achieving a moderate cloudiness and a pleasant sweet and sour taste, along with low alcohol for a nice buzz. 'Eat meat and cut with lactic acid' is a sake that makes you want to eat a lot of meat, and you won't get too drunk even if you drink a lot. I want to convey the goodness of Yamada Nishiki from Tanono, where good rice is produced, to everyone across the country. It has a solid flavor while being beautiful on top. The aroma that comes in the second half creates a refined taste.

This is the first KEG DRAFT Sparkling SAKE that creates a sparkling sensation through secondary fermentation inside the KEYKEG. It offers a soft mouthfeel with fine bubbles. Initially, a gentle sweetness is felt, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, characteristic of the Hyogo style.
