This easy-to-choose set is perfect for those who want to casually enjoy Tori-Dai’s yakitori. Start with fresh raw vegetables from Mishima, served with a meat miso paste containing minced chicken. Each piece of yakitori is prepared with different cooking methods, garnishes, and seasonings to suit the specific cut of chicken. We also offer vegetable skewers featuring seasonal vegetables simply grilled over charcoal. To finish your meal, savor a minced chicken rice bowl that highlights the chicken’s rich umami flavor, along with chicken soup—and you can even combine the two to enjoy them as ochazuke. Whether it’s for an everyday meal or after work, this is the perfect set to try when you’re ready to experience Tori-Dai’s yakitori for the first time.
This course lets you enjoy the full range of Toridai’s cuisine, starting with obanzai made with seasonal vegetables primarily sourced from the Mishima area, followed by yakitori made with Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, oden simmered in chicken broth, a final dish to round out the meal, and dessert. For the yakitori, we adjust the cooking method, garnishes, and seasoning to suit each specific cut of chicken. The meal also features seasonal vegetables, a smooth liver pâté, and oden prepared with our continuously replenished chicken broth, culminating in a minced chicken rice bowl, chicken soup, and dessert.
