The price is quite high, but considering the materials used, the quality is indeed high. It would be great if the set menu with salad and coffee was available not just on weekdays, but all the time. I think it's rare in this area to find a restaurant that serves coffee with Biscoff cookies, brown sugar, and salads that include mushrooms and plenty of watercress. However, I receive a discount coupon for the pancake set every time, but when I went on October 19, the coupon was only valid until October 29. People in Hirosaki City can go, but for those living outside the city, it's not something they can do often. I often wish that the coupon would at least be valid for a month.

All the dishes were delicious.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and the staff's service was also good.

I come to Hirosaki every year and have always been curious about this restaurant. The food was beautiful to look at and very tasty, especially the cold soup made with miracle apples and the apple pie for dessert. It had been a long time since I had had a course meal in Corona, and I was happy to be able to dine at leisure. However, the meat dishes were a little tough. Next time, I would like to try a full course meal of miracle apples.

The service is smooth, and the dishes are brought out at a nice rhythm, which is delightful. The fried conger eel is fluffy and juicy, and the scallops smoked with cherry wood and the grilled angel shrimp are also aromatic and impressive. The pasta, risotto, and squid ink fettuccine are all delicious, skillfully using local ingredients. There is no skimping on desserts or homemade bread, and I was satisfied until the very end.

I visited after it moved to a new location, and it has a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to enter. The menu is displayed at the entrance, so you can walk in smoothly even if you're alone. The course flows beautifully from small appetizers to soup, fish dishes, palate cleansers, meat dishes, and dessert, and I enjoyed it all the way to the end. The poached white fish and beef fillet left a particularly strong impression, and everything was delicious. There was also a cold soup made with apples and a sweet and sour dessert, which made me feel the local character. The sweets were substantial, and I felt comfortable after the meal.
