I had udon and rice cake at Kankara-ya, which is said to have been a resting place for the cast of "Morning Drama"! I'm actually not that good with sweet red bean paste, but this one was so fine that it was so good I wanted a second helping 😍.
The store is rustic and relaxing in a traditional way ✨ The udon was of course delicious! The staff was warm and welcoming and made me feel at home even when the restaurant was full ✨.

There are eat-in seats, which is nice for taking a little break. The thoughtful gesture of cutting the bread for easy sharing is heartwarming.
