In a store where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can relax by the fireplace. The smoked dishes, made without additives and finished only with salt, pepper, and smoke, clearly convey the flavors of the ingredients. The smoked spare ribs are very tender, and the richness of the fat spreads wonderfully, making it the best. The nicely roasted mashed potatoes also have a great aroma, making them hard to resist. You can feel the commitment to quality with homegrown vegetables and prosciutto that has been slowly aged by the wind. On weekdays, there is also lunch available, and in addition to pasta, hamburgers, and pizza, it's enjoyable to pair them with craft beer and wine.

This shop is located near the streets of the traditional town and has a calm atmosphere. You take off your shoes at the entrance and can relax in a private room. The fish dishes are abundant, and I was satisfied with the sashimi, grilled, and fried options. The daily fish menu and the beautiful presentation also left a strong impression. I particularly enjoyed the dashimaki (rolled omelette), dote (a type of stew), and mentaiko udon (spicy cod roe noodles), and the fried oysters were crispy and delicious. There are also seats on the second floor, making it easy to accommodate large groups, and you can enjoy your time with Mino sake.
