The staff immediately guided me to my seat with a smile, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness. The smooth and slippery texture of the 100% buckwheat soba was fragrant, making me instinctively reach for my chopsticks. The tempura of wild vegetables and maitake mushrooms was crispy, and the sweetness of the vegetables was distinctly felt.
