It has no peculiar taste from the ammonium alum and melts in your mouth, making it hard to stop eating. The butter-grilled surf clam has an irresistible aroma, and mixing in rice at the end is the best. You can order easily via smartphone or verbally, which is very convenient. The bright atmosphere and friendly staff make it comfortable to enjoy even alone.

The chef warmly welcomes guests, allowing you to fully savor the seasonal delicacies unique to Hokkaido in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The atmosphere inside the hotel is calm and very comfortable. The counter is lined with freshly sourced seafood and vegetables, which is exciting just to look at. The scallops, taken from the tank and finished right in front of you, have a soft texture that conveys their freshness. The live sweet shrimp are plump and sweet, and the greenish color of the miso is surprisingly striking. The course includes seasonal small dishes, a sashimi platter, seasonal stews, a dish of scallops grilled on a ceramic plate, seared wagyu sirloin, abalone with a rich sauce, and a mini bowl of sea urchin and salmon roe, all the way to a delightful dessert to finish. The sake is crisp and pairs well with the dishes, and I am pleased to be able to enjoy this level of quality within the hotel.

There are many regular customers, and it is lively and comfortable. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly paired with the mentaiko mayonnaise. The rice is well-cooked, and the overall balance, including the small dishes and soup, is good. The course includes small plates of tofu, salad, sashimi, a potato dish, yurinchi (fried chicken with a sweet and sour sauce), and egg with sauce, all of which are satisfying. The hot pot has a wide variety, and the herbal lamb hot pot can be adjusted for spiciness, and even the udon at the end is delicious. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy everything pleasantly, right up to the last vanilla ice cream.
Located on Chitose's Ren Street, Kira is a teppanyaki restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite meat and seafood dishes prepared right in front of you. The interior has a homey atmosphere, and the friendly owner provides warm hospitality. Each dish highlights the quality of the ingredients and is simply outstanding.
