You can fully enjoy the freshness of Hokkaido's unique seafood. Enjoy seasonal fish grilled on the Robata grill, and for shellfish dishes, try the steamed abalone and steamed oysters with their irresistibly plump meat.
Rare and valuable Hokkaido brand beef is the star of this course meal. The main dish is an A4-rank sirloin of Furano Wagyu beef raised in the rich natural environment of Furano. The moment you eat it, the rich flavor will fill your mouth.
This luxurious course meal allows you to enjoy both seasonal seafood and high-quality Furano wagyu beef at the same time. Both dishes are grilled on the hearth using binchotan charcoal, allowing you to enjoy the flavor and deliciousness.
This course is centered around a variety of sashimi and unotan shabu shabu. The sashimi depends on the arrival of the day, but we use live hairy crabs, abalone, and other representative fish of Hokkaido, making this an exquisite course that is sure to satisfy seafood lovers. Sashimi can be enjoyed with soy sauce or as Untoni Shabu Shabu. The shabu shabu shabu with our special thick unotan soup stock, in which many unotans are added to the broth of giant clams from Atsukishi, is exquisite. After the shabu-shabu, the unotan soup is served as the final dish, unotan zosui (rice with sea urchins). This course is very generous, so we recommend that you come to the restaurant with an empty stomach.
We recommend the live scallop with roe, which can only be truly enjoyed when fresh. The roe has a creamy texture and rich flavor. By the way, the color of the roe indicates the gender: orange for female and white for male, and it's unique that you can't tell which is which until you open the shell. *Prices start at 2,000 yen and may vary.
