Il ristorante era vecchio, ma l'attenzione e la premura del personale femminile nei confronti dei viaggiatori erano molto apprezzate. Hanno scattato foto per noi, ci hanno dato una mappa dei luoghi turistici e ci hanno parlato in modo amichevole... Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo ordinato il corso di grigliata di 3600 yen, e il personale lo ha cotto per noi, portandolo al momento giusto per mangiarlo. Pensavo che se l'avessi cotto da solo, avrei bruciato qualcosa, ma è stato davvero delizioso. Abbiamo aggiunto sashimi di abalone, che aveva una consistenza eccezionale ed era davvero un piatto prelibato. Anche il riso con polpo era delizioso, e scegliere il negozio di pesce di Higashiura di Niijima come primo passo per visitare l'isola di Awaji è stata una scelta azzeccata. The interior of the restaurant had a sense of luxury, and the view of the sunset created a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the scallops were the best I have ever had in my life. However, I felt disappointed that the female staff member (short hair, possibly a housewife?) left before finishing her explanation of the menu, which did not match the atmosphere of the restaurant.

The omakase flow brings out a succession of nigiri and small plates, each with a wonderful aroma and meticulous preparation. The red vinegar rice is perfectly firm, enhancing the deliciousness of the toppings. The Spanish mackerel is deliciously seasoned with salt, and the grilled eel has a fluffy texture that left a lasting impression. The chawanmushi with salmon roe, sea urchin, and striped jack are also very satisfying. The view is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, making it a relaxing experience when you make a reservation.
