You can enjoy a meal while looking at the sea, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The view from the counter is also pleasant, and the flames and pool used for presentation are very impressive. The dishes are served one by one with careful explanations, allowing you to enjoy the experience from start to finish. The tempura and soba made with local ingredients are fragrant, and you can particularly taste the umami of the onions and eel. They also teach you about the differences in the flavor of the dipping sauce, making it interesting to compare. Even the dessert after the meal provides satisfaction, and combined with the comfortable ambiance, you can spend a happy time.
