It had been a long time since I visited, but I really enjoyed the salt ramen at Ramen Specialty Wakai. The flavor of the soup and the texture of the thick noodles are wonderful. The fu is also a favorite, and you can enjoy the oil on a separate plate to change the flavor. The fufuwatama donburi was also excellent, and the harmony of the egg and seared pork was wonderful. I would like to try the mazu-tama next time. It was delicious and no wonder the restaurant was crowded even on a weekday after the Obon holiday. Thank you very much for the food!

The tessa and karaage are especially delicious, and the albacore sashimi is superb. The pufferfish is also different from other restaurants in that it is huge and offers a unique taste. The nabe dishes are also carefully and wonderfully prepared, and the course meal is complete with zosui (rice porridge) and ice cream. Furthermore, the CP is good, and this restaurant is a great place to enjoy fugu at a delicious and affordable price.
