Decansho udon and botan nabe seem to be their specialties, and decansho udon is udon with sweet miso (apparently chestnut miso). Sansho (Japanese pepper) is an effective accent, and the dish is like a hot pot with lots of Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. The udon itself is also delicious. It is a recommended dish.
