I was satisfied with the atmosphere of the store, the staff's service, and the food. However, it was quite disappointing that there was someone in the store who lacked common sense and used their phone on speaker mode. It ruined the nice atmosphere. That being said, it's not Unameya's fault... I visited for my daughter's job celebration meal. I will definitely come back again and visit with friends. Thank you for the luxurious time.
Crab cream croquettes are hot and satisfying with a creamy flavor. The seafood pizza is topped with delicious salmon, which is perfectly salted and goes well with sake. I was satisfied to enjoy the special drink as well. I am also happy to see that the men's and women's restrooms are separated, which gives me a sense of security. This is a restaurant I would like to casually visit alone.
When I ordered the southern island pork loin cutlet set meal, I was thrilled by the surprisingly crispy batter that was freshly fried. The meat inside was fluffy and tender, with the fat melting away smoothly, spreading its delicious flavor. I could mix soy sauce, salt, and sauce to my liking, making the flavor variations enjoyable. The shirasu (whitebait) I requested as an addition was plump and paired perfectly with the white rice. The pleasant sounds and savory aromas coming from the frying area continuously stimulated my appetite. Enjoying it leisurely at the counter, I felt a sense of happiness, filling both my stomach and heart.
A Japanese-style soba tavern where you can enjoy homemade juuwari soba
Juuwari Soba to Shukou Shiosaki is a specialty shop for homemade noodles. The interior features a calm atmosphere with a wooden theme, allowing you to savor the exquisite combination of soba and sake. The rich-flavored juuwari soba is, of course, a highlight, and the tempura and duck tofu hot pot dishes are also exceptional. In the evening, it's a lovely place to relax with sake and explore the unique pleasures of soba.
Since the restaurant moved to a new location, it has become easier to get to and is now within easy reach whenever I feel like eating there. The udon noodles are cold and crisp, slippery and firm, and very satisfying. The spiciness of the raayu is just right, and the slightly sour broth is refreshing. The udon noodles can be served with rice to make it more like bibimbap, making it an even more enjoyable dish. My favorite dish on the regular menu is the Chiku Tamatama Bukkake Udon, and I hope to go back again.
I have been to various Indian curry restaurants in Osaka-Kobe and this is the best in terms of taste and cost. The sag curry in particular is spicy, mild and perfect. The dal curry and korma could be a bit more peculiar, but I have no complaints about the sag curry, butter chicken, or seafood curry. The chicken tikka sauce is also addictive. The green sauce is especially great. The salad dressing is also spicy and delicious. It tastes so much better than I imagined it would, it's hard to replicate. The naan is also delicious, of course. Other places are expensive, small portions, or not as good, but this place is delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is very attentive and his Japanese is very detailed and easy to understand. Regular customers are meticulously attended to. The pictures are from a while ago, but the food is always served the same way. There are other Indian curry restaurants around, but it is not a problem. As for smoking, I have some concerns as do other customers, but given the current situation, I think smoking is a matter of personal morals. If the restaurant is small, if there are children present, or if the restaurant has a good reputation, it is a personal choice whether or not to smoke. However, some older and younger people seem to have poor manners. Based on the standard of taste of the restaurant, I believe that the restaurant can continue to operate even if smoking is banned, but it will be difficult to do so.
A restaurant where you can fully enjoy high-quality yakiniku

Small Bakery's Curry Bread is Excellent!
2011,09
On this day, I stopped by on my way to Kawanishi to visit Gallery and Cafe Hanare!
I wanted to revisit this place!
I was able to visit around 11:00, but I guess my timing wasn't right.
There wasn't much there (T_T).
It's not a great location by any means, but if you have a car, I hope you go!
I bought 3 kinds this time!
Caramel Walnut Bread (I forgot the name)
Walnut bread like cobbler bread
caramel paste and finely crushed walnuts are sandwiched between
The walnuts give it a nice texture!
The walnuts add texture to the caramel paste, whereas the caramel paste alone would be monotonous.
It's ingenious and delicious!
cream bun
This is heavy!
I couldn't take a picture of the cross section as usual because of its weight...
It is filled with cream!
It's not smooth, but it's not so smooth...
but it's plenty, and the overflowing cream is not too sweet, so it's delicious!
I guess they folded it in two to hold a lot of cream.
The photo is not shown here, but this is the curry bun I bought last time!
It's really delicious here!
I want to just take out the curry inside and put rice on it!
It's on a high level!
It's a small bakery, but I like it very much because of its ingenuity!
I envy people in Itami!
I want to go there again!

I stopped by on my way to the new Aeon Mall on this day!
I forced myself to stop by.
I visited at around 4:00 p.m. I relied on the navigation system to get there.
As Nyun♪♪ and Izugon-chan said,
It's really a residential area and you can't find it without a navigation system...
It is a small store on the first floor of an apartment building.
The store is small, and I think it fills up with about 3 people.
The time is 4:00 p.m. ... there are not many things left (T_T)
It can't be helped~!
But I got the bread I wanted to buy!
Shirashita Bacon Steak Dog 189 yen
They use Okinawan Agu bacon!
The bacon is thick and hearty!
Underneath the bacon is a potato, which gives it a nice texture!
The pepper is quite strong and matches the bacon with a punch!
The bread is soft French, so it's easy to eat!
According to the website, the bread is baked at 8:00!
Beef tenderloin black curry bun 157 yen
This! Nyun♪♪ and Izugon-chan also recommended it!
I wanted to buy this!
I can smell the curry before I even eat it~!
The top of the bread is bucket and cheese!
It's a nice smell of burnt cheese... ♪
The dough is thin crust and chunky! But the dough is just as good as the word!
And the curry is not beef tenderloin.
It's kneaded into the curry, and I think all of this roux is beef tendon, rather than just a bunch of beef tendon.
The rich, spicy curry and cheese go well together.
I'm not so sure about the grilled type.
But this one was really delicious!
There were only two kinds left.
I'm glad both of them were satisfying!
Next time, I would like to go in the morning to buy other cream buns.
The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and the tables are spacious for four people, allowing for a relaxed time. The thick-cut beef tongue we ordered first was fluffy and tender, raising our spirits from the very first bite. The signature mixed offal platter was ordered with a salt flavor, and it had zero odor, showcasing its freshness, and the combination with garlic soy sauce was addictive. In particular, the fluffy 'shibire' (a type of offal) was a texture I had never experienced before, and I couldn't help but order more to grill. They offer a wide variety of salads, kimchi, and cold noodles, so you can enjoy yourself without getting bored until the end. It's easily accessible from the station and by car, and thanks to the limited number of seats, you can enjoy a special feeling like a hidden gem.
You can enjoy a calm meal at the counter, and it feels comfortable. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the lemon served with it pairs perfectly. The tempura features shrimp, tender octopus, and seasonal vegetables lightly battered and fried, and it tastes great with either salt or dipping sauce. The grilled fish marinated in Saikyo miso is fragrant, and it goes well with white rice. The small dishes of pickled shiso and simmered eggplant, as well as the gentle-tasting miso soup and yuzu-scented chawanmushi, are all delicious. Additionally, the horse sashimi and oden have a refreshing and elegant flavor, which pairs well with drinks and provides a satisfying experience.
Located on the second floor of a pizza delivery shop, Dish&Bar Cheerz may seem intimidating at first glance, but it offers a warm welcome that makes it a comfortable bar for newcomers. The original cocktails made with fresh seasonal fruits are highly recommended, and the variety of drinks crafted with an extensive selection of liqueurs is a major draw. You can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere here.
A restaurant with warm motsunabe and comfortable tatami seating
Hakata Motsunabe Kiwami Hankyu Itami is conveniently located near the station, yet it offers a hidden, tranquil atmosphere. The selectable flavors of motsunabe are exquisite, and you can enjoy plenty of plump offal rich in collagen. It's a place where you can relax and savor fresh vegetables along with a comforting dining experience.
