The menu is a budget-friendly omakase course only, so you will find different tastes every time you visit. On this particular day, the presentation was artistic, with dishes such as marinated red snow crab and chanterelles, gazpacho with tan shrimp, and deep-fried sweet sea bream scales. It was a great restaurant where the qualité was so high that I can only say it was wonderful.

It's a bit far, so I can't go often, but the chicken salad pasta (mixed) that I had for the first time in a while was really delicious!
Today, I also had a strawberry smoothie and chiffon cake set.

The restaurant boasts a rich selection of alcoholic beverages, including sake and beer, making it an ideal spot for evening gatherings as both a soba shop and an izakaya.
All the food we ordered was delicious - drinks came out quickly and the charcoal grilled skewers were delicious. The all-you-can-eat cabbage was also good!
I would use this restaurant again if I ever come to Mito!

When you order from the terminal, it arrives quickly, so there is almost no waiting time, which is great. The food, including loco moco, ahi poke, seafood pizza, and fresh spring rolls, is all delicious and satisfying. The bone-in chicken is shaken in front of you to mix the flavors, and in the end, I was able to enjoy Lion Coffee and pancakes as well.

The interior features a small, homey atmosphere with a counter and tatami seating, and it offers a wide selection of local sake from Ibaraki, making it a worthwhile place to visit to experience the charm of the region.
The course was delicious from the first bite, captivating me completely. There were clever techniques that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and the way the sauces were combined was impressive. Both the fish and meat mains were satisfying, with a light texture that allowed the umami to shine through. I particularly enjoyed the creamy texture of the homemade prosciutto and the gnocchi coated in Gorgonzola sauce. There were several options for glass wine, and the sommelier's pairing suggestions were spot on. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere and decor were stylish and comfortable.
