When you open the sliding door, you find a spacious area with a hearth seating and tatami rooms that provide a comforting feeling. Initially, you are served soba tea and fried soba snacks, which you can enjoy while waiting. The hand-made soba, ground with a stone mill, is thin, aromatic, and has a nice chewy texture that feels good going down.
