A hidden, sophisticated soba restaurant
Ishizuka Soba is a charming establishment that has been renovated from a standalone house tucked away in a residential alley. Once you step inside, a calm atmosphere that exudes adult sophistication envelops you. The soba is made from buckwheat sourced from Rankoshi, Hokkaido, which is carefully ground in-house using a stone mill, allowing you to choose between 80% buckwheat (ni-hachi) and 100% buckwheat (ju-wari). The tempura is also exquisite, and the extensive selection of sake that pairs beautifully with the soba is another highlight.
