Lunch had a lot of vegetables, and the miso soup was light and easy to drink, with shiitake mushrooms and other umami ingredients being used in an ingenious way. The fig tart we had after lunch was delicious anyway, as the figs used as ingredients had a refreshing sweetness, and I am not a fan of overly sweet cakes.
The cakes in the showcase are so beautiful like a bouquet of flowers that they are the most attractive in the store anyway.

The tempura of aonori had a delightful crunch and a pleasant sea aroma, and it was enjoyable even when cold. As I finished with a Tosa roll, the taste of the ocean spread in my mouth, and I left the table feeling satisfied.
