Large shell oysters arrived in boxes, and every time I opened the lid myself, steam and aroma spread out. I was able to compare oysters from Miyagi and Okayama, and it was interesting to clearly distinguish the differences in flavor and texture. The instant oyster rice made by placing steamed oysters on top of seasoned rice was the best, and I ended up asking for seconds multiple times. I was also happy that I could choose scallops, shrimp, and even dessert shortcake cans, allowing for a change in flavors along the way. The staff kindly informed me of the timing for additional servings and were considerate even until my taxi ride home, creating a warm atmosphere throughout.
