The premium tongue has a special green onion salt aroma, making it easy to keep eating. The assorted grilled shabu is thinly sliced, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture of kalbi and loin. The seafood chijimi and stone-grilled bibimbap are also packed with ingredients, and the savory aroma is irresistible. Finally, the Japanese-style cold noodles with plum and sudachi are refreshing, perfectly cleansing the palate.

The liver sashimi and tataki we had first were fresh and melted in our mouths.
