It is a famous chain restaurant, but it was my first time to go there! The "Swimming Aji Ippiki Nigiri" 😆✨🐟 where they process the swimming horse mackerel on the spot and make it into sushi. At the end, they turn the bones you see in the back into deep-fried crackers. It's very photogenic and has become a specialty! I felt like this is a proper company with good service 😊.
