Che cosa è Bakery?: A bakery draws people in with the inviting aroma of flour and butter and the simple pleasure of warm, freshly baked goods. In many displays, you might find crusty baguettes, country loaves, soft sandwich bread, and an array of viennoiseries such as croissants, danishes, and brioche. Techniques often include long fermentation, natural starters that build character, lamination for delicate layers, and steam baking that encourages a crisp crust with a tender crumb. Some bakeries prepare tarts, quiches, or sandwiches, while others focus on sourdough and grain-forward styles. Seasonal fruit fillings, custard, nuts, and chocolate appear in pastries that pair naturally with coffee or tea. Whether enjoyed at a small counter or taken to go, the experience invites a measured appreciation of aroma, texture, and temperature—from the crackle of a scored loaf to the buttery flake of a croissant. Many guests turn to bakeries for breakfast, light lunches, or afternoon treats.
The smallest bakery I've ever been to
2012,06
This time I made a reservation to visit!
As usual, it's very small lol
It is probably the smallest bakery I have ever been to!
This time, the price was 200 yen for the almond French bread and 200 yen for the mountain food. 200 yen
Almond French is quite moist.
Is it a little too much alcohol? I like it, so it's fine.
The taste is sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, you'll love it!
Bread
We got an earful of information that their bread is delicious!
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are square meals, Wednesday and Friday are mountain meals.
The bakery opens at 11:30 a.m. and reservations are made after 12:00 p.m. At this point, I was told that only half a loaf of bread is available!
I can see why it's so popular.
The bread tastes good, with a savory ear and a soft and fluffy wheat aroma inside.
It tastes great with butter on it!
Since it is so tasty as a mountain meal, I have high expectations for a square meal!
Oh, yes! Buckets are also popular here!
I gave one as a gift to a friend, and I could feel how hard it was just by holding it!
It really was hard enough to fight with!
I haven't had enough buckets to know what to expect from this place!
I'll taste the bread first!
If you go, I recommend you call the day before to reserve your bread!

On this day, I took a course for renewal of my driver's license at the police station from 9:00 a.m.!
It was an hour long lecture and video......................................well, I was sleepy (u_u).
After 10:00, I had some time to kill, so I decided to go to a bakery.
I had originally planned to go to Boulangerie Labo Ficelle and here, but...
But to my surprise, I found out that Ficelle had moved to a new location.
I went there via NAVITAIME, so the old address was still there...
I checked the food log and found out that they moved! I was wondering if I should go there. I was thinking of going there...
It was hot again that day, so we headed this way!
It was a little after 11:00 when I got there, and the restaurant had just opened!
But when I walked into the store, I was surprised (;phew!)!
The restaurant is full with 2 or 3 people in it!
There is a cash register at the counter, and breads are lined up next to the cash register.
There are not many varieties and the quantity is small.
The bakers must have a hard time because they are baking in a small space...
This is not the type of food you take on a tray, but this! This one! and tell them what you want.
I bought three kinds of food... I don't know the names of all of them (~_~~;).
Bread with two kinds of wiener
The dough of the bread is a little chewy
The wiener on this one is insanely juicy and delicious!
Especially the red one, the skin is crispy and delicious!
The white one is softer and the meat is amazing!
Bread with a big wiener
Well~ at this point, why did I buy two similar ones! you may ask!
I think so too...why?
This one is shaped like an imoashi...
But this wiener is the same as the first one I had...(~_~~;)
It's as tasty as ever!
Cream cheese and fig bread
The cream cheese is rich and the figs are also very juicy.
The crunchy texture is irresistible!
The bread is small in size, but it's very satisfying because it's so soft and chewy!
I really made a bad choice this time.
But the sausage is so tasty, so I guess it was a good choice.
Next time, I'll make sure not to make the wrong choice!
