As I entered the shop, the lush green scenery that spread within the sophisticated building immediately caught my eye, making it feel like a different world. The garden visible through the large glass is filled with vibrant trees and the occasional bird that flutters down, providing a great sense of healing. The tables and chairs are wonderfully comfortable, allowing me to enjoy my meal leisurely. The small appetizer served at the beginning of the course was playful in its dish and presentation, with each of the five items showcasing its own unique character. The signature 'tsumikko' consomme and the dish combining local vegetables and seafood conveyed the quality of the ingredients directly, leaving me deeply moved. Even the aroma of Sayama tea delivered with the dessert was meticulous, allowing me to enjoy a happy time until the very end.

It's a newly opened shop, and the interior is bright with spacious counters and tables. The lunch menu offers a daily special, nigiri, and chirashi, making it easy to choose according to your mood. When I ordered nigiri, the young chef skillfully prepared it right in front of me, which was enjoyable to watch. The medium fatty tuna and fatty tuna had a melt-in-your-mouth flavor, and the spring sea bream with kabosu salt enhanced its aroma. The small-sized sushi rice came with a refined miso soup and a chawanmushi filled with ingredients, allowing for a light and pleasant dining experience until the end. There was even a complimentary watermelon after the meal, which warmed my heart with the chef's thoughtfulness.
