Yamauchi Farm is an izakaya beloved by locals, offering delicious jidori (local chicken) dishes and famous Kyushu gourmet cuisine. Inside the restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of Kyushu dishes, including juicy and flavorful charcoal-grilled jidori and tataki. With a wide selection of drinks available, be sure to visit and experience the delicious cuisine of Kyushu.
There are counter seats and tatami mat seating, and if you make a reservation for two, you will be seated at the counter. There is enough space between you and the person next to you, so it’s not bothersome. All the grilled chicken was delicious. The chicken sashimi is also something you can't easily eat at home, so I recommend it. I was happy to have the biwa trout sashimi as an appetizer.
Located a few minutes' walk from Maibara Station, Shikisai Kobo Yururi features fresh seafood directly from the Sea of Japan in Kanazawa. A wide selection of sake and shochu is also available. Recommended dishes include thick fried bean curd and shimeji mushrooms simmered in soy sauce, salted squid, special colander tofu, and Japanese gratin with mushrooms grilled with grated yam. The restaurant is popular among women and is definitely worth a visit.
The restaurant, which is a historical landmark, was quaint. We had a set meal of buckwheat noodles, grated yam, rice, and soba tofu. The buckwheat noodles were very firm and the grated yam was very tasty. The soba was delicious both dipped in the soba sauce and in the grated yam. Of course, it is also delicious as tororo gohan!

The combination of the Omi beef steak, garlic rice, and lobster miso soup is exciting. The dessert, crepe Suzette, features a delightful flame presentation, and the sweet aroma fills the mouth. The staff's unobtrusive attentiveness is pleasant, allowing us to relax and enjoy a wonderful time until the very end.
