The staff's response was gentle, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably from the moment I entered. The Western dishes on the sign were all appealing, and the menu offered a very rich variety of options. The signature Chicken Diable had a perfect balance of the sharpness of mustard, the acidity of tomatoes, and the richness of cheese, which paired excellently with the special demi-glace.
