The soft serve made with Hachijo Jersey milk is exceptionally delicious. The mix with ashitaba flavor has a light crunch, and while it is rich, the aftertaste is refreshing. The ashitaba parfait, with layers of ice cream, sweet red bean paste, flakes, and Jersey ice cream, is a perfect match and becomes more enjoyable as you eat. The soft serve topped with passion fruit jelly and the yogurt drink are also delicious. The takeout French toast is tasty whether eaten as is or warmed up, and the cow logo is cute. Not only travelers but also locals enjoy the sweets both inside and outside the shop, making it a cozy place.
