What can I say, it looks beautiful.
The soup is light and very tasty. The noodles are thin and straight and go very well with the soup.
Every single topping is carefully prepared.
It seems that there is always a long line for this restaurant, but I would like to come back again.

Italian restaurant that is extremely difficult to make reservations for.
It is a short 10-minute walk from Zoshiki Station on the Keihin Kyuko Line.
They only take reservations once every six months, and on that one day all reservations for the next six months are taken.
I thought it would be a stubborn father-type restaurant, but I was relieved to find that it is a homey restaurant run by the owner-chef and his wife ^_^.
The food and wine were all left to the regulars. We were a little late, so I don't know the details, but they ordered the BEST 5 popular menus and desserts.
The flavors of the ingredients are used to great effect, and I wondered what the ham, salami, shrimp, and cheese I had eaten before were like. The impact of one bite is completely different, or even exceptional.
I am not much of a wine drinker, but the wine went well with the food, and I think I was able to drink at least 1/2 a bottle, which is the quota per person.
Dessert was tiramisu. We were full, so we ate a little in the restaurant and took the rest home. We had it for breakfast the next day.
I would like to revisit this restaurant, but it is so super hard to make a reservation that it is hard to say "I want to go back", so next time I may have to make a reservation myself.
BTW, they are no longer taking reservations for 2018 and will next accept reservations for the first half of 2019 next June. At any rate, I should live long enough.

The atmosphere is cozy and warm from the moment you step in. When you go with the chef's recommendation, dishes made with seasonal ingredients come out one after another, which is exciting. The seafood and vegetable crepe, when paired with cauliflower mousse, greatly enhances the flavor. The combination of butterbur sausage and melting meat with lentils also left a strong impression. The fish terrine has a pleasant texture, and the basil sauce is aromatic and well-balanced. I thoroughly enjoyed the dessert panna cotta, Brazilian pudding, and even a curry with a fruity flavor and just the right amount of spiciness, leaving me very satisfied.
