I happened to make a reservation for the seat with the best view of Ginzan Onsen, and it was amazing!! The staff were very polite, and the food was delicious with no complaints at all!! I went with a reservation for 4:45 PM, but when I arrived at that time, the reception for the day had already ended, so I felt that making a reservation in advance is probably a good idea!! I definitely want to go again when I visit Yamagata.
