Also, among the recommendations, there was 'Kamenote', and when I ordered it, I was surprised by how much they served, even more than I imagined! The taste was similar to crab claws and shrimp, and I enjoyed it very much as well. The staff at the restaurant were very kind, even though they were busy, they added extra wet towels and prepared more soy sauce dishes for me. I'm really glad I came to Hagi. Thank you for the meal.

The collaboration between the chef and his wife is pleasant, and the conversations over the counter are enjoyable. The dishes are served as a chef's choice, and I feel excited as various items come out one after another. The soup with plenty of abalone, squid somen, and udon soup left a particularly strong impression. I felt satisfied with dishes like a plate of turban shell and chawanmushi, as well as grilled rice balls. I also got to hear some trivia from the chef, which further conveyed the charm of the cuisine.
