The high ceiling and the seats with a view of the Japanese garden are comfortable and allow for a relaxing time. In the morning, there is a buffet, and I am happy that the chef cooks the omelet right in front of me. I can choose from ingredients like ham, cheese, onion, and mushrooms, and it is fluffy and fragrant. I can also enjoy bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and smoked salmon. For lunch, the taramo salad, bagna cauda, hearty minestrone, and squid ink paella with Hiroshima lemon were also delicious. The staff's attention to detail is meticulous, and they provide careful guidance even with the handling of noodles, making for a very pleasant experience.
