Temporary Suspension of Service for Birthday Menu
Please be advised that the "Voice Message from Hello Kitty" service, which is included as part of our Birthday Menu, is currently temporarily suspended due to equipment malfunction.
We will announce the expected date for the resumption of this service on our official website and our X (formerly Twitter) account once the issue has been resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservations.
■ Reservation start date
Reservations for one month in advance will open at midnight Japan time every day.
Example) Reservations for April 30th begin at midnight on March 30th, and reservations for December 30th and 31st begin at midnight on November 30th.
■ Business Hours
10:00 - 19:00
・Last order for food: 18:00 daily
・Last order for drinks: 18:30 daily
■ Regarding Usage Time
On weekdays, the time limit is 90 minutes during busy periods. On weekends and public holidays, a 90-minute time limit applies.
Weekdays: If there are available seats, you can enjoy your time without any time limit.
■ Usage & Drink Order System
A one-drink order per person is required.

Il Giardino Caffè dei personaggi Sanrio è un luogo da sogno per i fan di Sanrio. All'interno del locale scorrono video dei personaggi Sanrio, grandi peluche sono disposti ad ogni tavolo, e l'intero caffè è avvolto in un'atmosfera di divertimento e dolcezza. I piatti sono visivamente divertenti e offrono un sapore delizioso e rassicurante, tipico della catena Pasela. L'entrata è piena di sorprese che fanno battere il cuore, rendendo questo caffè un luogo dove trascorrere momenti speciali.
