Produced in Bisei-cho, Ihara City, Okayama Prefecture, a town known for its clear air and beautiful stars with an observatory. The chickens are raised with the double effect of drinking water mixed with enzymes in alkaline natural water drawn from 130 meters underground, and feed produced in-house by fermenting kombu, bran, okara, yogurt, natto, and other fungi. The eggs from these healthy chickens, known as 'Hoshinomori Eggs,' have a minimal odor, a rich and flavorful taste, elastic egg whites, and a slow decline in quality.
