This fish shop is conveniently located near National Route 5, making it easy to stop by. The sea urchin from Yoichi has larger flesh, with a strong sweetness and richness. The sweet shrimp, although small in size, has a strong sweetness and was delicious both raw and cooked in oil. When cooked in oil, the umami of the shrimp paste comes out, making it hard to stop eating the bread. The clams have a good firmness and tenderness, and the flavor is enhanced when cooked with butter. The sole has thick flesh, and I was satisfied with it even when grilled.
