I was able to relax and spend time talking with the chef at the calm counter. From the first appetizer to the sashimi and nigiri, each dish was meticulously prepared, which was impressive. There were many seasonal ingredients that made me excited, such as fresh white squid and sea bass. The moist chawanmushi topped with plump shrimp and salmon roe was a delightful taste. The refreshing gari and abundant drinks provided a nice accent, making the meal even more enjoyable. The entire restaurant was bright and clean, and I naturally smiled after the meal.
