The dishes centered around fish are all fresh, and I feel happy every time I eat them. The sushi has firm toppings, and I particularly like the marinated lean fish, new baby fish, and the refreshing conger eel. The fluffy grilled dashimaki and the fragrant saikyo-marinated black cod are also very satisfying. The nakaochi donburi is filled with plenty of lean fish, pairs well with the vinegared rice, and the pickles and miso soup served alongside are a great match. The interior has both a counter and tables, making it comfortable to spend time in, and the seasonal decorations are enjoyable. The menu is easy to see on the board, and there are local specialties and intriguing limited items that make me excited.
