I am pleased that they are skilled at serving warm sake and carefully adjusting the temperature right in front of me. The selection of sake is abundant, and I enjoy the time spent choosing. The side dishes pair perfectly with the drinks, and I am excited to taste a variety of them in small portions. The shirasu (whitebait) and bonito are fresh, and the seaweed cheese has a pleasant crispy texture. The smoked keema curry omelet served at the end was aromatic and satisfying. The deer dishes were also mild in flavor, and even the sauce was delicious.
