Glass 910 yen. This sake expresses the ultimate food pairing drink to the fullest. A subtle fruity aroma spreads, and a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus enhances the crispness. With low sugar content, its freshness and slight young astringency reveal exquisite expressiveness when paired with food. Enjoy the delicate yet core flavor.
Glass 980 yen. A representative brand from Fukushima, recommended as a food-friendly sake that pairs well with any meal when served cold. It has a mouthfeel reminiscent of fruit juice, with a solid sweetness, umami, and a refreshing acidity that gives way to a subtle spiciness, leaving a light and smooth finish.
Glass 1,050 yen. In 2011, it won the top prize in the sake category at the International Wine Challenge held in London, becoming a famous brand. You can enjoy a dry taste with a refined aroma and pleasant umami. The sweetness is light and smooth, with a fine texture that does not linger.
Glass 1,120 yen. A representative brand of Kuhai Ji. One of the pioneer brands that led the preconceived notion of 'fresh sake = namazake' to a new realm of 'fresh even though it is pasteurized!' When tasted, the umami of Yamada Nishiki spreads abundantly, with a mellow sweetness, making it a well-balanced and flavorful sake. It has many female fans and has been recognized by famous three-star chefs in Paris, conveying the profound charm of sake.

After the prominent acidity, there is a unique smoky aroma that you won't experience anywhere else. Our homemade sauce has a soy sauce base that has remained unchanged since our establishment. It pairs well with the meat, allowing you to fully enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth flavor. It is perfect with beer, highballs, or hot white rice. Please be sure to try the exquisite Yukhoe from Gion Karoku. *Children, the elderly, those with weakened resistance to foodborne illnesses, and those not feeling well should refrain from consuming raw meat.
