This is a grilled shabu-shabu made with the marbled part of beef tongue. The generous amount of vegetables and the fatty beef tongue pair perfectly with the soy milk soup. We also provide salt sauce and ponzu for your preference. You can add more vegetables or beef tongue. You can also choose to add noodles or rice at the end.
