This is a yakiniku restaurant in Kitami that focuses on hormone (offal), and the atmosphere inside is lively. Grilling on a shichirin (charcoal grill) gives a fragrant aroma, and all the meats are tender and satisfying. The style of enjoying a platter of hormone with a raw dipping sauce is fun and conveys freshness. The textures vary with items like kobukuro (pork intestines), liver, mino (beef tripe), and small intestines, providing a pleasant snap. The hormone with miso sauce is also flavorful and very delicious. The ramen to finish off has a broth seasoned with salt and pepper, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
