This ekiben store is located on the up platform of Shin-Kobe Station. A long-established ekiben shop since 1903, it has a wide selection of items and great taste. The octopus musubi rice in particular is a rice ball made by grilling octopus to bring out its flavor and cooking it with rice. The delicious flavor of the seafood soaks into the rice and is truly delicious. The accompanying tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce and sugar), iganaogo-nugini (squid eggs simmered in a doughy sauce), and takuwan (pickled radish) are also delicious, allowing you to enjoy not only one onigiri but also a variety of other flavors. I would like to revisit this restaurant.
