As you proceed down the alley, you come across a hidden gem of a shop, where the renovated old house's counter is very stylish the moment you step inside. The lighting and air conditioning are comfortable, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time. The chef's special, a carpaccio of red snapper, was rich in flavor and paired excellently with white wine. The tempura of sweet green pepper coated in cheese and the rice croquettes were also irresistible, with their savory and sweet flavors overlapping. You can enjoy a well-balanced selection of both meat, like Hokkaido deer steak, and seafood, such as sea urchin cream pasta, without getting bored until the end. The service, with just the right distance from the chef, is pleasant, making it a wonderful place where you want to spend time leisurely chatting with friends.

The shop is located deep in a narrow alley, creating an exciting hidden-gem atmosphere. It has a calm space with only a counter, and the lighting and air conditioning were just right, making it very comfortable. The course features a small-plate style incorporating elements of Japanese cuisine, allowing us to enjoy a succession of dishes. One dish that combined cinnamon toast with chicken liver and strawberries was surprisingly harmonious and delightful. The combination of mozzarella cheese and Shine Muscat grapes, as well as the sea urchin cream pasta, all highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The owner's appropriately distant service was also pleasant, allowing us to enjoy a happy mood until the end.
