The counter has a lively atmosphere, making it easy to sit comfortably even alone. The seafood is all fresh, and the firm white fish and sweet squid were particularly impressive. The Spanish mackerel was so delicious that I found myself wanting to order another plate, and the sashimi platter was plentiful. The oden had a rich flavor that was well absorbed, and the textures of the bamboo shoots, radish, and wood ear mushrooms were also good. The braised grouper was fluffy and tender, and there were also fried items like tempura available. There are staff from foreign countries, and I was excited to taste dishes like the gently spiced Singara.
