The interior of the restaurant has a nostalgic decor, and there is a tatami space where you can relax. There is a guide on how to eat hitsumabushi on the wall, so it's reassuring even for first-timers. There are various types of hitsumabushi besides eel, making it fun to choose. The shrimp hitsumabushi is topped with plenty of finely chopped shrimp tempura, and the shiso tempura has a nice aroma. When you pour the broth over it to make ochazuke, it becomes light and delicious until the very end. The menu also includes Nagoya cuisine, making it a highly satisfying restaurant.
