Jiji the butcher, a hideaway yakiniku restaurant in Miyakojima-ku, Osaka.
This yakiniku restaurant offers visually stunning Japanese black beef. The most popular dish is the "15 Kinds of Meat Assortment," which is presented in a wooden box with a white smoke spreading when the lid is opened. The assortment includes standard cuts of beef such as tongue and halami, as well as rare cuts such as kame-no-ko and kakumaku. The "Brisket Sandwich" is a luxurious cutlet of chateaubriand, the highest grade of meat, sandwiched with a fluffy egg.
